To Schedule an Appointment

During a consultation I work from photographs, therefore, your animal need not be present.  The fee for a one-hour session is $75.00 which includes my communication time with your animal and telephone time with you.  Please feel free to call or e-mail me for further information regarding an animal communication session.

To schedule an appointment, please print this page and then fill in the information requested (attach additional page if desired).  Mail the form and a check or money order for $75.00 along with a recent (if possible) photograph of your animal.  After I have completed the communication (usually within a week of receiving it), I will contact you to schedule a time for you to call so we can review what was discussed during the consultation.
